Google Diary, e-transmitted & Hard Copy media
Under these terms users waive, release and discharge any and all claims, losses or liabilities relating to death, medical costs, loss of earnings or permanent disability which may arise in the future out of or related to physical training, dietary advice or equipment suggestions and or nutritional products provided by or advocated by Coach Joe Beer (JBST.com); either here, via e-mail, personal messaging, at recommended websites, the JBST podcast, Twitter feed, FaceBook page, Instagram, Youtube or printed hard copy media relating to this website or JBST coaching advice.
Athletes signing up to JBST should be aware of the tick-box acknowledgement that: any forms, programmes and information received during the contract period should not be disseminated, copied or transmitted elsewhere, during or after the contractual period. This includes using or presenting unique JBST sessions, nutrition or supplement regimes or articles to groups, adding to social media without prior permission and without acknowledgement of the coach who owns the intelectual property. No part of the JBST bespoke diary may be copied or reproduced for coaching athletes outside of a JBST Ltd contract.
Any information or advice that is presented herein does not ensure it will be safe, relevant, or advisable to be enacted upon. It is the users responsibility to ensure that any program of exercise, training or specific nutritional supplementation is not counter to any health condition.
All information provided by e-mail, text message or WhatsApp from JBST are intended solely for the use of the individual to whom they are addressed. If you are not the intended recipient of one of our e-mails any use, and or dissemination, forwarding, printing, or copying of such e-mail transmission is strictly prohibited.
*£250 added value is available for athletes signing up to higher level coaching services, per annum cost in full, and includes discounted JBST coaching day (bike fit etc), added partner discount assumptions and goody bag.
Before embarking on any program, when returning after illness, serious injury, time off regular exercise or if you’re over 40 years of age
please see a general practitioner for a medical check-up.
Security
All information is securely stored by JBST Ltd. If any breaches of e-mail, website or mobile phone system occur you will be contacted immediately to make you aware and to advise on your actions, if any, you need to do.
JBST Ltd uses MacOS and iOS software with high level security systems such as Moonlock, fire wall, remote wipe and password protection at multiple levels.

All clients need to provide a signed contract of terms and tick the terms box on the proprietary diary.
The contract was amended on March 25th 2025 (v.25.3.25) including Anti-Dpoing clauses.
